Mosaic Machine

Mosaic Needles

  • Precision engineered needles
  • Choice of single prong to seven prong round needles and three, four & six prong flat needles
  • All needles include tube, eliminating the cost of a separate disposable item

Mosaic Caps

  • Mosaic Machine Caps allow for pigment to be inserted into the cap thus cutting out the need to dip into pigment holders.
  • Regulated airflow allows for the correct amount of colour to be used for every treatment. (Not enough air causes a “vacuum effect” and sucks up pigment; too much air can force pigment down too hard and splatter which stops pigment being taken into the skin. Less pigment in the skin will cause the colour to fade)

Mosaic Sleeve

  • The needle sleeve protects the needle and is ergonomically shaped to reduce slippage and provide comfort for the hand.
  • A metal sleeve can be autoclaved (sterilised) or is available in disposable pre-packaged containers of 20 per pack.

Merlin Machine (out of stock - to be discontinued in 2009)

  • Accommodates both round and flat needles
  • Rotary motor provides ultra smooth operation for an even deposit of pigment. 
  • Motor section is sealed at the factory so that it can be cold solution sterilised. 
  • Optional foot pedal is also available for hands free speed control.
  • Can be autoclaved for re-use or used with disposable parts to save time
  • All parts are fully disposableincluding the motor – thus stopping cross contamination.

Accupoint Needle Tubes (limited stock)

  • Our state-of the-art needle tubes snap easily into the front casing and, when assembled to the motor, provide stability, which will virtually eliminate vibration from the motor. 
  • Pentagon shaped opening on the front casing effectively seals and resists any back flow of water or pigment and removes any chance of cross contamination of fluids. 
  • Tube can accommodate round or flat needles.  This feature makes the interchangeable process of designing and outlining a breeze!

Accupoint Needle Cap

  • Specially designed needle cap accommodates both round and flat needles and eliminates splatter. 
  • Precision and engineered tip holds the needle snugly and allows the proper amount of pigment flow for each needle configuration. 
  • Reservoir behind the tip serves as a holding area for the pigment.  It creates an airflow that allows pigment to flow smoothly, maximising pigment deposit for the best possible result.
